"Some people look at our program as tough love, we look at it as serving one miracle at a T.I.M.E." -Sandy Watson, Executive Director

After 15 years of treating chemically dependent women, we have seen that there is a direct correlation between time spent in a supervised treatment environment and long-term abstinence. In fact, time spent in treatment is the most favorable indicator of long-term sobriety.
Another critical factor is that the person who needs help must receive the appropriate level of treatment. We have created a flexible recovery program for women over the age of 18 that allows us to personalize the treatment we provide to the exact needs of our clients.

An hourglass makes a great mind soother. Uses are limited only by your imagination. When life isn’t going in the desired direction, flip it over, give yourself some T.I.M.E. and start again!

We are a problem-identifying, solution-oriented program that uses the philosophy of 12-Step programs. We believe that spiritual development is essential for life-long recovery (religious beliefs are personal choices and specific adherence to any is not a requirement). All of our residents are homeless and many have experienced sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, lack of education, and poor health care. We offer each resident the opportunity to address these issues, as well as others, while teaching her the life skills needed for independent living.

Since 1994, the House of T.I.M.E. has helped over 1,000 women rediscover the Faith, Hope, and Trust they need to regain control over their lives. It is not an easy program, nor is it a 28-day rehab. The House of T.I.M.E. provides long term residential treatment for women who did not succeed at maintaining sobriety. We demand strict adherence to our rules. We offer the structure needed to help women get their lives back. We offer over 80 years of combined staff experience. Our program is overwhelmingly successful in bringing about lasting recovery from addiction to alcohol and/or other drugs.
